Smart Working Solutions is seeking a Talent Management Executive to develop and execute talent strategies that support our growth objectives. This role is central to attracting, developing, and retaining the talent that drives our success.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to fill roles efficiently.
- Develop and manage talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for remote positions.
- Analyze talent metrics to inform strategy and improve processes.
- Partner with leadership to align talent management with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with remote hiring processes and tools.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position. Candidates must be based in Pakistan, with this role open to professionals in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, and Rawalpindi.
