Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs
  • Conduct needs assessments
  • Manage learning management system
  • Track and report on training metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends in talent development
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Collaborate with external training providers
  • Support the development of leadership programs
  • Create and deliver e-learning content
  • Assist in the development of career pathways
  • Facilitate team-building activities
  • Conduct post-training evaluations
  • Support the development of performance management systems
  • Assist in the creation of succession plans
  • Provide administrative support for training initiatives
  • Maintain training records and documentation
  • Support the development of diversity and inclusion training

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Certification in talent development or training
  • Experience with leadership development programs
