Tomofun, the creator of the Furbo Pet Camera, seeks a Talent Brand and Acquisition Lead. In this growth-oriented role, you will architect our talent strategy, managing the full recruitment funnel with a focus on critical technical and digital marketing roles. You will leverage AI, automation, and data-driven analysis to streamline processes, build our employer brand, and serve as a trusted advisor on HR best practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for highly critical technical (R&D) and digital marketing roles.
- Identify bottlenecks in talent acquisition and leverage AI tools and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Drive strategic sourcing and attraction efforts across various online and offline channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Design and execute a comprehensive full-channel Talent Branding Strategy.
- Implement automation in employer branding efforts, such as content distribution and social media scheduling.
- Cultivate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Analyze key HR and recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Guide and advise line managers on foundational HR policies, processes, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years of technical recruitment experience within the high-tech/software industry, specifically recruiting R&D (Engineering) and/or Digital Marketing talent.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing full-channel employer branding strategies.
- Expertise in Recruitment Tech Stacks, including but not limited to ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools, and marketing automation.
- Flexible, proactive, and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
