EY is looking for a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Associate to join our Experienced Hire recruitment team. In this role, you will deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while supporting the growth of specific business areas. You will act as a key business partner, offering advice on best practices and defining sourcing strategies to manage end-to-end recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract experienced hires and serve as a key contact for client groups and external candidates.
- Build sound business relationships with key stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
- Drive the sourcing strategy to identify, attract, and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Make assessments and recommendations on talent in the market.
- Ensure all appropriate sourcing strategies are utilized, including inclusiveness initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.
- Provide operational and process knowledge to ensure a quality candidate experience.
- Recommend and coordinate local and national recruiting initiatives and special events.
- Integrate the firm's brand strategy into all recruitment activity across all platforms.
- Act as a change agent for new technology, tools, and processes rolled out to the recruiting community.
- Stay abreast of talent and labor market insights.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of one to two plus years of recruitment experience.
- Knowledge and experience in creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software.

- Experience in a professional services environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with numerous projects happening simultaneously.
- Strong reporting and data analytical skills.
