Repeatability is seeking its first dedicated Talent Associate to build the engine that powers top-of-funnel candidate generation. You will act as a talent scout for ambitious startups, diving deep into markets and playing a key role in making exceptional hires. You'll work directly with the founding team to shape sourcing strategy and create an excellent candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Source top talent for roles in sales, customer success, marketing, strategy, operations, and finance.
- Conduct targeted searches across LinkedIn Recruiter and use other creative methods to find top talent.
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach messages that resonate with high-potential candidates.
- Build and maintain market maps, outreach campaigns, and candidate trackers.
- Keep candidate data organized and up to date in Ashby, Gem, and other tools.
- Partner with recruiters and clients to refine target profiles and iterate on sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to sourcing playbooks, candidate briefing templates, and internal documentation.
- Support a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through handoff.
- Learn the foundations of full-cycle recruiting and grow into increased ownership.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a similar field.
- Curiosity about people and career paths, and strong instincts for identifying high-potential candidates.
- Excellent written communication skills and a thoughtful, strategic approach to outreach.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and priorities with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools like Ashby or Gem.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiter and developing client-facing experience.
