CeriFi is looking for a Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. We're seeking someone with 2–4 years of HR experience and a passion for building a strong workplace culture. This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations while partnering closely with employees across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication in partnership with hiring leaders.
- Manage job postings and maintain our applicant tracking system.
- Design and execute an onboarding experience that ensures new hires are set up for success.
- Drive our employee engagement process and support follow-up actions that strengthen our culture.
- Play an instrumental role in developing and executing culture initiatives.
- Help improve HR processes and internal workflows using technology and innovative ideas.
- Partner with the HR Director to execute our performance development process, benefits open enrollment, and other key initiatives.
- Report on and drive actions that support our people metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems, with Paylocity preferred.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in growing a career in Human Resources.
