The Talent and Culture Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the human resources function, contributing to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, and operational efficiency. This position works across key HR areas to help build a strong, values-driven culture in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the interview scheduling process and maintain consistent communication with candidates alongside hiring managers
- Oversee job postings and ensure accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS (Paylocity)
- Design and manage an effective onboarding journey that integrates new team members smoothly into the organization
- Lead employee engagement efforts, including gathering feedback and supporting follow-through on meaningful actions
- Support the creation and rollout of culture-building programs that reinforce shared values and long-term retention
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR workflows through technology and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR leadership on performance reviews, benefits enrollment, and other people initiatives
- Track and report on people metrics to inform decisions and measure progress
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role
- Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems—experience with Paylocity is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
