  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in both Hong Kong and Taiwan, including MPF, IRD, Employment Ordinance, Labour Insurance, National Health Insurance, and Tax Bureau filings.
  • Maintain precise employee records in Workday, aligning HR data with payroll systems and supporting lifecycle changes such as onboarding, transfers, and separations.

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with local immigration rules.

  • Support employment administration tasks such as probation reviews, contract updates, and internal mobility documentation.

  • Monitor benefit utilization, identify discrepancies, and support periodic plan evaluations to maintain compliance and relevance.
  • Manage daily office operations, including pantry supplies, courier services, vendor relationships, and coordination with building management for facilities and security.
  • Support internal events and regional initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality and ensure adherence to data protection standards across all HR systems.
  • Improve data integrity and operational efficiency by minimizing manual processes and advocating for automation and standardized workflows.
  • Prepare for audits and compliance reviews by organizing documentation and supporting reporting needs.
  • Partner with HR and regional stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement improvements across the employee lifecycle.
