WSP USA Inc. is looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units in India. You will partner with stakeholders, build talent pipelines, and help shape an exceptional candidate experience from selection to onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional business areas to forge dynamic, trusted relationships with business leaders.
- Utilize analytics and market intelligence to anticipate roadblocks, identify talent trends, and strategically solve complex hiring challenges.
- Optimize operational process flows for executive search, delivering a consistent, scalable, and customer-obsessed recruitment experience.
- Support colleagues in talent acquisition for critical and urgent positions as needed, and assist the broader HR team on talent acquisition requirements.
- Work well under pressure and rise to the challenge of tight deadlines and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Adapt and deliver within a fast-paced work environment.
What We're Looking For
- MBA in HR or a similar degree.
Technical Stack
- ATS/CRM systems, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position open to candidates in Noida, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
