About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts across various departments, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey while aligning with organizational goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage qualified candidates for open roles across departments
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to offer stage
  • Build talent pipelines using job boards, social platforms, and networking
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and participant communication
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics
  • Promote employer brand during candidate interactions
  • Attend career fairs and recruitment events as needed
  • Evaluate sourcing strategies for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
  • Stay current on labor market trends and industry developments
  • Assist in refining job descriptions to attract targeted talent
  • Conduct reference and background checks for final candidates
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding coordination
  • Track time-to-fill and other key recruitment KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Use data to recommend improvements to hiring processes

Nice to Have

  • Certification in human resources or talent acquisition
  • Experience in a technology or consulting industry
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
  • Prior work with CRM tools for talent engagement
  • Experience supporting executive-level recruitment
