About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts across various departments, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey while aligning with organizational goals and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for open roles across departments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to offer stage
- Build talent pipelines using job boards, social platforms, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and participant communication
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Provide updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics
- Promote employer brand during candidate interactions
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Evaluate sourcing strategies for effectiveness and efficiency
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Stay current on labor market trends and industry developments
- Assist in refining job descriptions to attract targeted talent
- Conduct reference and background checks for final candidates
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding coordination
- Track time-to-fill and other key recruitment KPIs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Use data to recommend improvements to hiring processes
Nice to Have
- Certification in human resources or talent acquisition
- Experience in a technology or consulting industry
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Prior work with CRM tools for talent engagement
- Experience supporting executive-level recruitment
