Drive strategic talent acquisition across key business areas by managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial role intake to offer coordination and onboarding handoff. Partner directly with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver timely, high-quality hires that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer discussions
- Design and execute targeted sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, employee networks, and talent pools
- Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values and employer brand
- Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate cultural fit, competencies, and professional alignment
- Monitor and report on key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, conversion rates, and diversity progress
- Advance inclusion by applying equitable sourcing and engagement practices across all stages
- Collaborate with HR, compensation specialists, and leadership on offer structuring and negotiations
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in the enterprise Applicant Tracking System
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A proven track record in full-cycle recruitment is essential, with experience managing high-volume requisitions in a complex, global environment. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with enterprise ATS platforms such as Workday is expected.
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other regulated sectors is preferred. Experience sourcing technical, scientific, or commercial professionals is an advantage.
