Reonic is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to build the foundational team for our scaling renewable energy startup. You will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract exceptional talent to our mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Proactively hunt for top talent using active sourcing strategies to connect with standout candidates.
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of exceptional talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador to tell the company story and inspire potential candidates to join the mission.
- Use creative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Streamline the recruiting experience, keeping communication seamless and ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed.
What We're Looking For
- High level of English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- An eye for top talent across various roles (engineer, marketer, sales manager).
- Willingness to work in-office in Augsburg.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition (tech and non-tech).
- A deep understanding of the talent market and challenges of recruiting for a scaling startup.
