Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and the wider APAC region using Greenhouse ATS, including requisition handling, candidate tracking, pipeline updates, interview coordination, and reporting.
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain deep insight into staffing needs, job specifications, and organizational goals for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing methods, talent mapping, job portals, employee referrals, and market intelligence to identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates.
- Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines for critical and rapidly growing positions across multiple APAC markets.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to shape recruitment strategies, hiring timelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Deliver regular, data-backed updates via Greenhouse dashboards, covering talent availability, salary benchmarks, and regional market trends.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on recruitment best practices, evolving market conditions, and talent dynamics in APAC.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey by managing all interactions through Greenhouse and maintaining clear, timely communication.
- Engage candidates throughout the interview process by setting expectations, preparing them for interviews, and providing timely feedback.
- Promote the organization’s culture and values to build a strong and consistent employer brand message.
- Conduct talent and compensation analysis across India and APAC using market research, sourcing data, and pipeline metrics from Greenhouse.
- Design creative sourcing approaches using LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, talent intelligence tools, and community networks to reach diverse candidate pools.
- Represent the company at virtual career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives to enhance employer visibility in APAC.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness using Greenhouse analytics to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations in India and APAC, along with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Continuously refine hiring workflows, interview formats, and Greenhouse processes to improve hiring speed and quality.
- Support employer branding efforts in India and APAC by applying hiring data and market insights to strengthen brand perception.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring lifecycle to build diverse and representative candidate slates.
- Take part in campus recruitment, employer branding events, and diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.
