Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding procedures for new hires
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives
  • Attend career fairs and networking events to promote opportunities
  • Evaluate recruitment strategies and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Foster diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
