Join a growing team in Dortmund as a Talent Acquisition Specialist IT, where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across Europe. You'll partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality IT candidates through proactive outreach and diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers from initial role definition through to onboarding, offering expert guidance at every stage
- Design and implement creative sourcing methods tailored to specific IT talent requirements
- Conduct direct candidate engagement and lead evaluation interviews to assess fit
- Prepare employment documentation and ensure adherence to GDPR and internal compliance standards
- Support new hires during pre-boarding and coordinate a seamless start experience
- Engage with academic institutions to build partnerships and represent the organization at career events and lectures
- Participate in weekly recruitment reviews with stakeholders and maintain accurate records in the Group ATS
- Provide occasional input on general HR initiatives as needed
