Join a high-velocity AI company at a pivotal stage—we're growing from 75 to over 100 employees and need a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in finding exceptional technical talent. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team, shaping how we source, assess, and close candidates in a fully remote, global environment.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and engage skilled professionals from top tech ecosystems around the world, including the US, EU, and LATAM
- Reach beyond active applicants by building long-term relationships with passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and networking
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes—from first contact to final offer—ensuring every interaction reflects our values
- Implement and optimize an AI-first recruitment stack using tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Hugging Face
- Deliver clear, insightful summaries to hiring leads based on structured technical and cultural assessments
- Collaborate with founders and team leads to refine hiring workflows and scale efficiently past 100 employees
- Help position the company as a top destination for elite AI talent through creative initiatives and employer branding efforts
Who You Are
- You have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years focused in tech
- You’ve worked in fast-moving start-ups or scale-ups and thrived in autonomous, high-trust settings
- You’re fluent in English and experienced in global talent sourcing
- You’re comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment tools
- You take ownership of outcomes, balancing execution with strategic thinking
- You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and unafraid to challenge norms
- You’re comfortable recruiting for products involving uncensored models and content
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or technical roles in the AI space
- Background in employer branding, compensation analysis, or broader talent strategy
