Remote Recruitment, a forward-thinking UK-based firm, is launching a new practice focused on FinTech and SaaS recruitment. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build this unit from the ground up. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying top talent for high-profile roles, working remotely from South Africa while collaborating closely with colleagues in the UK.
What You'll Do
- Source high-quality candidates for FinTech and SaaS roles, focusing on contract, fractional, and C-level positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate qualification and assessments, ensuring a strong cultural and skill match.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Collaborate closely with UK-based colleagues to meet hiring needs and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking information.
- Contribute to the growth and success of a new business unit, providing ideas and insights to improve processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (180 or 360).
- Proven track record of sourcing and qualifying candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with clear and professional spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple vacancies.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to a reliable laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.

- Recruitment experience preferably with international client exposure.
