Responsibilities
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, supporting both current and future hiring needs.
- Foster a 'referral culture' to encourage employee-driven talent referrals across teams.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEI goals by proactively sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration, alignment, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
- Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices to equip them for success.
- Partner closely with business units to maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs and stay informed on industry trends.
- Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process that reflects DoiT’s values.
- Plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to promote DoiT’s employer brand as an exceptional workplace.

Structure: Part of the Global People Strategy team; works closely with hiring managers, business units, and the Employee Engagement Specialist.
Additional Information
- This role is for independent contractors.
- Expected duration of the contract is 6 months.
- Position is remote and based in Eastern Europe, specifically targeting the Czech Republic.
- Must have native-level English proficiency.
- Focus on technical roles across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Strong emphasis on DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives.
- Candidate must be self-starter, energetic, and driven by results.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment with a focus on passive candidate engagement is required.
