Responsibilities

  • Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, supporting both current and future hiring needs.
  • Foster a 'referral culture' to encourage employee-driven talent referrals across teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEI goals by proactively sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration, alignment, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices to equip them for success.
  • Partner closely with business units to maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process that reflects DoiT’s values.
  • Plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to promote DoiT’s employer brand as an exceptional workplace.

Structure: Part of the Global People Strategy team; works closely with hiring managers, business units, and the Employee Engagement Specialist.

Additional Information

  • This role is for independent contractors.
  • Expected duration of the contract is 6 months.
  • Position is remote and based in Eastern Europe, specifically targeting the Czech Republic.
  • Must have native-level English proficiency.
  • Focus on technical roles across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Strong emphasis on DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives.
  • Candidate must be self-starter, energetic, and driven by results.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment with a focus on passive candidate engagement is required.
