We’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for a growing SaaS organization. In this role, you’ll take ownership of hiring for individual contributors and entry-level management across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and People teams, ensuring we bring in capable, aligned talent at pace.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial role intake through to offer acceptance
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define position requirements and long-term hiring strategies
- Develop robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, not just inbound applications
- Manage and optimize the candidate funnel to maintain strong recruitment velocity
- Conduct structured interviews to support consistent, high-quality hiring decisions
- Share market intelligence and help refine hiring processes for efficiency
- Contribute to employer branding through event participation, content input, and social engagement
- Advise and influence stakeholders, offering guidance and constructive challenge
- Take full accountability for time-to-fill and the quality of placed candidates
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track record hiring for sales teams in international markets
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence in outbound recruitment methods
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
- Comfort working across time zones and diverse cultural contexts
- A collaborative mindset with a drive to learn and contribute
- Curiosity about recruitment innovation, including AI and automation tools
- Willingness to test new approaches and share them with the team
- Ability to thrive in a feedback-rich, idea-driven environment

Compensation & Work Model
This role includes a base salary plus a performance bonus for successfully placed headhunted candidates, paid after probation. The position supports remote work and is open to candidates in Barcelona, Bratislava, Prague, Toronto, or fully remote locations. Work style varies by team—fully remote, hybrid, or office-based options are available.
