CloudTalk is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global growth by hiring top individual contributors and lower-level management roles. You will own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer, focusing on speed, quality, and smart hiring decisions across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Support, Success, Finance, and People.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Actively source and build pipelines, not relying only on inbound applications.
- Manage inbound pipelines and maintain strong funnel health.
- Conduct structured interviews and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
- Provide market insights and keep processes moving efficiently.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives such as attending meetups, providing insights for blog posts, or writing LinkedIn posts.
- Build a strong partnership with Hiring Managers—advise, challenge, and influence.
- Independently own Individual Contributor-level roles and lower Management roles across Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
- Be accountable for both time-to-fill and hiring quality.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven experience hiring internationally, mainly for Sales roles.
- Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment.
- Comfortable working across international markets.
- Fluent English (C1+ level).
- Collaborative, curious, driven, and commercially aware.
Nice to Have
- SaaS experience is a big plus.
- Stay on top of AI and modern recruitment trends.
- Not afraid to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, or automation, and introduce them to the team.
- Thrive in collaborative environments where feedback is open and ideas are shared.
