This role supports customers across Campania and Puglia by providing expert technical guidance for diagnostic instruments and reagents. You'll deliver hands-on demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and resolve application challenges to ensure reliable system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support and training for laboratory professionals
- Demonstrate instrument capabilities and reagent workflows in customer settings
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote product adoption and defend market share
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, offering practical solutions
- Optimize instrument uptime and reagent utilization to support customer retention
- Contribute technical content for tenders and support product coding for regional contracts
- Gather market insights to inform sales strategy and product positioning
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a degree in biology, biotechnology, or a related scientific field. Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with strong presentation skills and the ability to lead training independently. A solid understanding of diagnostic workflows and commercial awareness are essential.
Preference will be given to those with prior application support experience, especially in anatomical pathology or multinational environments. Laboratory experience in pathology settings is a strong advantage.
