As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for dental professionals across a regional network of practices. You’ll work remotely while supporting clinics in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with operational goals and patient care standards.
What You'll Do
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and onboarding. Use Boolean search, social platforms, and direct outreach to identify qualified candidates. Build lasting connections with dental schools, associations, and industry networks to strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
Partner with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and develop targeted campaigns. Share market intelligence and recruitment trends to shape hiring strategies. Track key metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of recruitment experience, with exposure to both corporate and agency settings
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-moving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-focused approach to candidate engagement
- Experience using sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and social media recruiting
- Ability to organize competing priorities and deliver results independently
- Comfort working with data to measure recruitment effectiveness and guide decisions
