As a Recruitment Associate with Italian proficiency, you'll play a key role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for roles based in Romania. Working in a hybrid or fully remote setup, you'll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs, conduct candidate screenings, and ensure a positive experience from application to offer.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment activities from initial intake discussions through to offer coordination
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate suitability in both Italian and English
- Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and internal teams
- Support data reporting and help refine hiring workflows for greater efficiency
Requirements
- Proficient in English at B2 level
- Advanced Italian language skills (C1 level required)
- Some prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree may be required
