We are recruiting an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist for JLL Business Services, our internal shared services division, to provide comprehensive recruitment support across primary business functions. Located in Heredia, Costa Rica, this position integrates hands-on recruiting, strategic stakeholder collaboration, and operational precision to deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and recruitment teams. You will play a pivotal role in attracting exceptional talent, refining processes, and reinforcing JLL's employer reputation through every interaction. Main Responsibilities - Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle, including consultation meetings, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management for designated business units. - Collaborate with People Experience Partners and hiring managers to clarify position requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and synchronize hiring objectives. - Implement innovative sourcing approaches to cultivate robust and diverse talent networks through digital platforms, professional networking, employee referrals, and targeted outreach. - Provide a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding. - Maintain precision and regulatory compliance in recruitment activities, preserving data integrity within applicant tracking systems. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or comparable disciplines. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional language skills are advantageous. - Minimum 3 years managing comprehensive, high-volume recruitment in the U.S. market. - Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams. Proficiency in Workday, Smartsheet, and collaborative technologies is highly preferred. - Comprehensive understanding of sourcing methodologies including boolean search, recruitment systems, and data-driven decision-making strategies.
