About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for assigned business areas
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up rounds
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Partner with HR teams on onboarding coordination
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
  • Attend career fairs and networking events as needed
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
  • Foster relationships with universities and professional organizations
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Assist in refining job descriptions and position postings
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and databases for sourcing
  • Engage passive candidates through direct outreach
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Support onboarding documentation and new hire orientation
  • Stay current on industry trends and talent market conditions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HR personnel when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Support global mobility initiatives where applicable
