Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring workflows, from advertising roles to selecting and integrating new hires
- Actively identify potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks to create robust talent pools
- Discover and assess qualified individuals for various positions through virtual interviews and fit evaluations
- Support applicants and hiring teams at every recruitment phase to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Organize interview schedules and deliver prompt updates to all parties involved
- Keep precise records and generate reports on all hiring activities
- Develop strong partnerships with executives, managers, and HR teams to define hiring goals, shape candidate criteria, and determine effective sourcing strategies
- Offer advisory support, including progress updates and strategic planning for talent sourcing initiatives
