Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Actively engage with passive candidates, building relationships and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility with the company's requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Regularly update candidate profiles with relevant information and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and expectations.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Facilitate the decision-making process and offer feedback to improve selection.
- Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates, including negotiations and explanation of benefits.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process by coordinating with HR and IT departments to set up new employees for success.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring outcomes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting for technical roles, especially in software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting.
- Familiarity with technical methodologies and industry-specific terminology.
- Experience with interview techniques and assessment methods for technical candidates.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment fields are a plus.
