About the Role

The specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, sourcing candidates, managing hiring workflows, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • Source talent using job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
  • Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in recruitment planning and strategy sessions
  • Assist in onboarding new hires after offer acceptance
  • Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Collaborate with HR on employment branding efforts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Provide market insights to hiring teams
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Negotiate offers in coordination with management
  • Support internal mobility and transfer opportunities
  • Contribute to process improvement in talent acquisition
  • Assist with onboarding documentation
