Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Source talent using job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Participate in recruitment planning and strategy sessions
- Assist in onboarding new hires after offer acceptance
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Develop talent pipelines for critical roles
- Collaborate with HR on employment branding efforts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide market insights to hiring teams
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Negotiate offers in coordination with management
- Support internal mobility and transfer opportunities
- Contribute to process improvement in talent acquisition
- Assist with onboarding documentation
