Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse positions, including legal professionals, support staff, and remote workers, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with HR leadership and department managers to assess hiring demands and offer strategic guidance on workforce planning and role fulfillment.
- Apply sophisticated sourcing methods such as social media engagement, talent network outreach, and direct candidate contact to identify qualified individuals.
- Continuously refine recruitment workflows to boost efficiency and deliver a positive, professional experience for applicants.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and digital tools to monitor candidate progress and generate performance reports for recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate interviews, collect evaluation feedback, and support hiring teams in securing high-caliber candidates.
- Deliver regular updates and data-driven metrics to inform talent strategy and measure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify and engage candidates who reflect the firm’s core values and can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
