EX Squared is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our technical recruitment efforts. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing and hiring exceptional technology talent to support our growth in France.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine interview processes
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter or talent acquisition partner
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical candidates
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the technology market landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Mode
