Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic business strategy across a broad region to engage key stakeholders and decision makers
- Engage in direct outreach to healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists across various medical specialties
- Conduct visits at locations such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, and intensive care units
- Clearly convey complex clinical information with accuracy and confidence in diverse medical settings
- Participate in regular field meetings with internal teams such as management and marketing
- Leverage data analytics to refine sales strategies and focus on high-return opportunities
- Meet or surpass established sales and profitability targets
- Maintain and update territory data using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Travel as required, including air travel, to support regional business needs
