Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth. You will be responsible for multi-channel digital strategies, account-based marketing, and audience acquisition for in-person events, aligning all efforts with the go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
- Build integrated campaign strategies across digital channels and in-person events, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, retargeting, email, webinars, and content syndication.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns: define target segments, craft messaging and offers, develop landing pages and nurture streams, forecast spend and pipeline, and manage timelines from brief to post-mortem.
- Manage lead generation supporting Sales teams: leverage intent data platforms, partner with BDR and AE leadership to define lead taxonomy and SLAs, route and score leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Own campaign and funnel analytics: set KPIs, instrument tracking, run A/B and multivariate tests, and optimize creative, audiences, bids, and pages to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Web, RevOps, and Sales to align priorities, launch go-to-market plays, and ensure consistent messaging.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with accountability for pipeline and ROI.
- Strong expertise in full-funnel campaign management, including segmentation, messaging, offer development, and post-campaign analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing lead generation processes, including lead routing, scoring, SLA definition, and improving MQL to SQL conversion.
- Deep analytical skills with experience setting KPIs, instrumenting tracking, and running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align priorities and messaging across Product Marketing, Content, Web, RevOps, and Sales teams.
- Experience with account-based marketing platforms and intent data tools like 6sense or equivalents.
