Responsibilities
- You build and execute multi-channel inbound lead generation strategies (paid ads, SEO, content marketing, partnerships) to generate qualified B2B leads
- You develop content marketing strategy and distribution, create lead magnets and inbound content offers to drive organic growth
- You optimize website conversion rates, landing pages, and the complete funnel from awareness to conversion through data-driven A/B testing
- You manage the marketing budget autonomously, running rapid weekly experiments to test unconventional channels and identify scalable opportunities
- You collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure lead quality, alignment, and seamless handoff
Requirements
- You have 5+ years in growth marketing or demand generation with proven B2B experience at €5-50M revenue companies
- You're expert in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation, and analytics
- You've managed marketing budgets with documented ROI and hands-on experience with CRO tools and landing page optimization
- You possess a growth hacker mentality with comfort in experimentation and failure, making data-driven decisions that prioritize metrics over intuition
- You thrive as a self-directed individual contributor who works autonomously and makes AI-driven decisions
