Pulse Advertising GmbH is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own inbound lead generation and drive revenue growth. This is a performance-driven, hands-on role where you will build multi-channel strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and manage budgets autonomously.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute multi-channel inbound lead generation strategies (paid ads, SEO, content marketing, partnerships) to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Develop content marketing strategy and distribution, create lead magnets and inbound content offers to drive organic growth.
- Optimize website conversion rates, landing pages, and the complete funnel from awareness to conversion through data-driven A/B testing.
- Manage the marketing budget autonomously, running rapid weekly experiments to test unconventional channels and identify scalable opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure lead quality, alignment, and seamless handoff.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in growth marketing or demand generation with proven B2B experience at companies with €5-50M in revenue.
- Expert in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation, and analytics.
- Managed marketing budgets with documented ROI and hands-on experience with CRO tools and landing page optimization.
- A growth hacker mentality with comfort in experimentation and failure, making data-driven decisions that prioritize metrics over intuition.
- A self-directed individual contributor who thrives working autonomously and makes AI-driven decisions.
