BetterHelp seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM to drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles in a global, remote-first, high-growth environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring exceptional talent attraction, engagement, and hiring across key markets, including the US & Canada, Europe, and India.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, process management, offer negotiation, and closing for Junior to VP level searches.
- Hire across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Operations, GTM, and G&A.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, coaching them on hiring best practices and interview strategy.
- Use market insights and compensation data to guide decision-making and shape competitive hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
- Drive and support recruiting projects and cross-team projects (e.g., new ATS launch, employer branding initiatives, interviewer training, dashboarding, AI tools launch).
- Maintain a consistent, candidate-first experience across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- Experience recruiting in high-growth tech companies, ideally in remote-first or distributed environments.
- Proven success hiring across multiple geographies (US&C, Europe, India) along with willingness to work on roles spread across many geographies.
- Ability to manage complex, global searches (from Junior to VP level seniority).
- Data-driven approach with experience using market intelligence and compensation benchmarks.
- Comfort operating autonomously, adapting quickly, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Interest in (or experience with) recruiting-related projects such as ATS implementations, interviewer experience, employer branding, or process design.
