Royal Steensma, part of Dawn Foods, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and the People team to understand departmental needs and recruit top talent.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent Team Member roles from sourcing through offer presentation.
  • Develop, implement, and assess effective recruitment strategies to acquire top talent, including diverse and military job seekers.
  • Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of sourcing and interviewing methods.
  • Provide hiring managers with accurate, timely updates on applicant activity and requisition status.
  • Track talent acquisition metrics and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and people business partners.
  • Educate hiring managers on lawful hiring practices and behavior-based interview methods.
  • Maintain compliance with OFCCP, Fair Labor Hiring Practices, and company policies.
  • Partner on and provide support for Talent Acquisition-related projects.

What We're Looking For

  • A High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SuccessFactors experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of management styles at various organizational levels.
