Royal Steensma, part of Dawn Foods, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and the People team to understand departmental needs and recruit top talent.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent Team Member roles from sourcing through offer presentation.
- Develop, implement, and assess effective recruitment strategies to acquire top talent, including diverse and military job seekers.
- Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of sourcing and interviewing methods.
- Provide hiring managers with accurate, timely updates on applicant activity and requisition status.
- Track talent acquisition metrics and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and people business partners.
- Educate hiring managers on lawful hiring practices and behavior-based interview methods.
- Maintain compliance with OFCCP, Fair Labor Hiring Practices, and company policies.
- Partner on and provide support for Talent Acquisition-related projects.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SuccessFactors experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of management styles at various organizational levels.
