Wellhub is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team in Brazil. You will be a strategic connector, building partnerships across the company to ensure a world-class recruitment experience and manage external relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, aligning efforts with company objectives.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance candidate quality, diversity, and hiring effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and PeopleOps, refining requirements and aligning hiring strategies.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and report on outcomes.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage ATS workflows and ensure adherence to SLAs and recruitment compliance.
- Ensure the company’s Employee Value Proposition is authentically reflected in every candidate interaction.
- Collaborate with the People team to align recruitment budgets with total compensation strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices to refine the talent attraction strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical and/or non-technical roles.
- Prior experience in leading recruitment teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and pipeline management.
- Ability to track and analyze key recruitment metrics and use data to optimize processes.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs.
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry standards, and competitors’ hiring practices.
