In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving innovative talent acquisition strategies and leading enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Corporate positions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging technology and providing training.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing solutions, introducing new tools and methodologies.
- Provide strategic leadership, partnering with business leaders to align sourcing strategies with priorities.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends.
- Build and sustain robust talent pipelines and communities for critical skill areas.
- Mentor and coach recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques.
- Lead high-impact sourcing projects with visibility across HR and business leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated leadership in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
- Availability to attend career and networking events across Canada.
Nice to Have
- A four-year Bachelor's Degree.
