Genesis is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to build the recruiting function from the ground up for its fast-growing AI products. In this foundational role, you will own strategic hiring across all departments and geographies, partner directly with leadership, and build and lead a recruiting team. You'll be joining a mission-driven, fast-growing early-stage startup within the Genesis ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead the recruiting team from the ground up
- Own strategic hiring across all departments and geographies
- Act as a partner to leadership and hiring managers on org design, headcount planning, and hiring priorities
- Design and implement scalable, data-driven recruiting processes and tools
- Coach and mentor recruiters to ensure high performance and consistent growth
- Lead complex searches for executive and high-priority roles
- Own recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and reporting for leadership
- Be a champion of candidate experience and employer brand
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, including experience leading or mentoring recruiters
- Strong track record in international hiring across tech and non-tech domains
- Experience designing or improving recruiting processes and tooling
- Fluency in English (you’ll hire and communicate with candidates globally)
- Analytical mindset — confident working with funnel data and hiring metrics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Builder mindset — proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
