Duna is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to scale our team. In this role, you will own all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel for our mission to redefine identity for the global economy. You'll work directly with founders on hiring, onboarding, and building the foundations of how we grow.
What You'll Do
- Own all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel.
- Leverage our network to access Europe's top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with future leadership talent.
- Partner closely with founders on onboarding, candidate experience, and building hiring foundations.
What We're Looking For
- 5-9 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Execution rigour and a hands-on approach.
- Proven ability in relationship building and networking.
- Collaborative energy and exceptional team fit.
