About the Role
The intern will work closely with the recruiting team to help identify, engage, and track potential candidates while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing qualified candidates for open roles
- Support coordination of outreach campaigns to prospective talent
- Help maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Participate in scheduling interviews and managing calendars
- Collaborate on improving recruitment workflows and practices
- Engage with candidates through email and phone follow-ups
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Assist in organizing and promoting recruitment events
- Monitor job board postings and update as needed
- Gather feedback from hiring teams on candidate experiences
- Help create content for career pages and job descriptions
- Track key recruiting metrics and report findings
- Support onboarding documentation for new hires
- Research industry trends in talent acquisition
- Partner with team members to refine sourcing strategies
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations
- Assist in building talent pipelines for future roles
- Provide administrative support for the recruiting team
- Evaluate recruitment channels for effectiveness
- Help ensure a positive candidate journey from start to finish
