Square Enix Games is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Partner to join our HR team. In this unique hybrid role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for our European offices in London, Paris, and Hamburg, while also championing learning and development initiatives for our existing employees. Your work will directly support our purpose of Creating New Worlds with Boundless Imagination to Enhance People’s Lives.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a service-led approach to all hiring activity across European offices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft and post job descriptions.
- Build sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
- Own the full recruitment cycle from screening through to offer stage for assigned roles.
- Ensure an effective transition from talent acquisition to onboarding.
- Manage candidate communications, contracting, and onboarding setup.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and HR leadership.
- Support employer branding, early careers, and work experience initiatives.
- Champion talent acquisition best practices and manager development.
- Work with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and conduct salary benchmarking.
- Implement talent development practices across Europe.
- Support employees' career journeys by providing consistent access to learning resources and reporting on their efficacy.
- Help create and maintain key employee life-cycle training.
- Maintain learning management systems and content libraries, curating material for local audiences.
- Manage internal L&D processes including training requests and course bookings.
- Handle external vendor relationships for talent acquisition and development.
- Support core HR annual cycle activities and other administrative duties.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting and/or talent development.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers.
- Experience managing multiple open vacancies with global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing best practices and regulations like GDPR.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or CRM tool.
- Familiarity with talent development best practices and implementing new initiatives.
- High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist the broader HR team.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI-powered or data-driven HR/recruiting systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Workable or Dayforce is preferred.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the broader HR team supporting EMEA and North America, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in one of our European offices: London, Paris, or Hamburg.
