Responsibilities
- Manage large numbers of job applications, particularly those submitted late in the week or outside standard business hours
- Review resumes and assess candidates against baseline qualifications for open roles
- Create concise summaries and organize supporting materials for recruiter evaluation
- Promptly move candidates forward or close out unqualified applications to sustain hiring momentum
- Maintain accurate and systematic records of candidate status updates in the applicant tracking system
- Arrange interview schedules across multiple recruiting teams and hiring managers
- Facilitate administration and follow-up for pre-employment personality assessments
- Contribute to recruitment activities for various positions as required
- Offer operational assistance to recruiters to enhance daily task execution and efficiency
