The Cigna Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent for Cigna Healthcare across a wide range of functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across geographies, supporting recruitment for vacancies in Kenya as well as in other international markets.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with Cigna Healthcare’s goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of roles, primarily in Nairobi and also across international markets.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including direct search, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform talent decisions and workforce planning.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs across multiple countries.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across the region and internationally.
- Collaborate on talent acquisition projects with colleagues in other countries, fostering best practice sharing and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions.
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape and recruitment practices in Kenya.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications.
- Experience ideally within a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Exposure to international recruitment.
