Keyrock is looking for a meticulous and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner focused on sourcing to build robust candidate pipelines. This role emphasizes talent identification and engagement for critical positions, with the potential to evolve into an independent full-cycle Talent Partner.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates for critical roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search) and professional networks to proactively identify and contact passive candidates.
- Build and maintain curated talent pools for core and future hiring needs, focusing on long-term relationship building.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates, crafting personalized outreach.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, interest, and qualifications.
- Provide data-backed market intelligence on talent trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarks.
- Track and analyze key sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, pass-through rates, source of hire).
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate searches.
- Support full-cycle hiring needs for selected openings.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in general talent acquisition, sourcing, or research role.
- Demonstrable track record of hiring passive, mid-to-senior level talent.
- Advanced knowledge of direct sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other talent platforms.
- A process-driven and analytical approach to sourcing, using data to guide decisions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive approach with ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and personalization.
- Fluent in English (oral & written).
Nice to Have
- A degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business, or Human Resources.
- Experience within a high-growth technology, digital assets, or fintech company.
- Experience sourcing for roles in algorithmic trading and digital financial markets (crypto).
- A genuine interest or prior experience in trading and digital asset markets.
