Tribe.xyz is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to help a global leader in managed open-source data infrastructure build their US presence. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, owning the full lifecycle for high-level Enterprise Sales roles.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior Enterprise Sales roles, hunting for professionals who close complex, high-value cloud and data deals.
- Work directly with Sales leadership as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence on the Texas tech landscape and helping define hiring criteria.
- Manage the funnel from intake to final offer, coordinating the process and leading negotiations for senior-level talent.
- Use data to track pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and act as a gatekeeper for quality.
- Ensure every candidate has a professional, transparent, and engaging experience as the face of the brand in the US.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Heavy focus on Enterprise Sales/GTM roles within the SaaS, Cloud, or Data infrastructure space.
- Deep knowledge of the US talent market and what motivates top-tier sales talent.
- Ability to thrive in a remote setup, be highly organized, and productive under pressure.
- Strategic mindset, caring about the long-term success of hires and team growth.
Nice to Have
- Based in Texas (Austin, Dallas, or Houston preferred).
