Avomind is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Associate to support our core recruitment team. In this remote EMEA role, you will contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, managing the candidate pipeline from sourcing through interview logistics.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies.
- Conduct direct outbound sourcing using channels like LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
- Perform screening calls with candidates to assess fit.
- Manage interview logistics in collaboration with Project Managers and Client Managers.
- Advise on candidate landscape and market trends.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience to build an excellent reputation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
- Ability to thrive in goal-oriented, agile environments with ever-changing priorities.
- A growth mindset with a constant drive for improvement.
- Team-oriented, committed, and collaborative approach.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in any additional languages.
