Avomind is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment team remotely from the EMEA region. You will play a key role in sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, working within a diverse and international team dedicated to connecting candidates with premier opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies by exploring new candidate opportunities.
- Conduct direct outbound sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
- Perform screening calls to assess candidate fit for client roles.
- Manage interview logistics in collaboration with Project Managers and Client Managers.
- Advise internal stakeholders on candidate landscape trends and insights.
- Take full ownership of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
- Thrive in a goal-oriented environment and strive for excellence.
- Possess a growth mindset and proactively seek ways to improve.
- Are team-oriented, committed, and adaptable to changing priorities in an agile setting.
- Fluent in English.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote, freelance position. Candidates must be based in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Montenegro, Poland, or another country within the EMEA region.
