About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, working closely with department leaders to fulfill hiring needs while enhancing candidate quality and process efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and position requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in refining job descriptions to attract targeted talent
- Engage with potential candidates through professional networks
- Support onboarding procedures for newly hired employees
- Track and report key recruitment metrics regularly
- Stay current on industry hiring trends and best practices
- Promote employer branding through consistent messaging
- Collaborate with HR on workforce planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Participate in diversity and inclusion efforts during hiring
- Evaluate recruitment processes for continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners
- Support campus recruitment and internship programs when needed
- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and networking events
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends
- Facilitate reference checks and background verification processes
- Align hiring strategies with long-term business objectives
- Contribute to internal projects related to talent management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
