About the Role

The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines, and supporting hiring managers with strategic workforce planning in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring criteria
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Manage candidate experience from application to offer stage
  • Ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes
  • Use data to track and improve hiring metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Advise hiring teams on market trends and compensation benchmarks
  • Promote employer branding through candidate engagement
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on process alignment
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
  • Drive diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Organize and attend recruitment events and career fairs
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring journey
  • Scale recruitment operations during periods of growth
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Support internal mobility and talent development initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee data
  • Stay updated on talent acquisition best practices
  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms for proactive sourcing
  • Align recruitment strategy with organizational goals
  • Train hiring managers on structured interviewing techniques
