LinkedIn is hiring a Talent Account Executive to join our Benelux team. In this role, you’ll drive growth for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions by responding to inbound inquiries and conducting strategic outbound prospecting. You’ll be responsible for selling corporate recruitment solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
What You'll Do
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong personal relationships with prospects.
- Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparent communication with management on pipeline status.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory and document competitive information.
- Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice to support their improvement.
- Work to develop and circulate best practices for the team.
- Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams.
- Be proactive about solving problems, even outside your area, and take on additional initiatives.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and help LinkedIn achieve its larger objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software.
- Experience with SaaS opportunities and the Salesforce.com platform and/or Dynamics.
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions.
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment.
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning products against competitors.
