Axur is hiring a Takedown Operations Analyst to protect the digital ecosystem. In this remote role, you will design and execute effective takedown strategies against complex and persistent online fraud and abuse scenarios. You will act as a technical focal point, supporting high-priority cases and maintaining strategic relationships with external providers to help make the internet safer.

What You'll Do

Analyze complex abuse and fraud flows to define takedown tactics for high-persistence cases.
Continuously refine takedown templates and reporting methods, ensuring compliance with international jurisdictions to maximize conversion rates.
Propose and implement improvements in internal tools, automations, and takedown methodologies.
Maintain strategic relationships with hosting providers, registrars, and registries to accelerate removal SLAs.
Act as a technical focal point for the team, supporting the resolution of high-criticality tickets or cases with legal complexity.

What We're Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity topics such as fraud, phishing, data leaks, and digital abuse.
Background or practical knowledge in Digital Law, LGPD, GDPR, Intellectual Property, Networks, Information Security, CSIRT-related activities, or DNS (domains, registrars, registries, hosting providers, or internet infrastructure).

Nice to Have

Education or certifications in Law or Information Security.
Advanced Spanish skills.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of Python or SQL for takedown performance analysis and simple API-based automations.
Ability to draft abuse notifications based on international legislation (DMCA, GDPR), in addition to the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
