What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in all processes. You will enforce standardized procedures and service-level agreements while supporting hiring teams with reliable operational frameworks.
Lead background verification activities from initiation to closure, including vendor coordination, case tracking, and resolution of discrepancies. You will ensure all verifications meet regulatory standards and data privacy requirements across jurisdictions.
Maintain high-quality data within the applicant tracking system and related platforms. This includes monitoring data hygiene, managing governance protocols, and generating accurate reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms.
Develop and deliver meaningful insights by analyzing key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel progression, recruiter performance, and SLA compliance. Translate findings into clear reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
Identify inefficiencies and risks in current processes and lead initiatives to implement scalable improvements. Create standard operating procedures, training resources, and documentation to support adoption of best practices and new technologies.
Support system testing, user acceptance, and deployment of new TA tools and features. Act as a point of contact for global stakeholders, providing timely updates, managing expectations, and communicating critical operational details across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
- 5–7 years of direct experience in talent acquisition operations, with a focus on reporting, analytics, and process management
- Proven experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Jobvite, SuccessFactors, or Taleo
- Strong command of spreadsheet tools including advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions like formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation
- Experience building and maintaining recruitment reports and visualizations using BI tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and applying them in operational contexts
- Exposure to AI-driven tools or automation in recruitment, such as chatbots, AI-based screening, or workflow automation
