This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in all backend hiring processes, supporting recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers with reliable operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end TA operations globally, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and global standards
- Manage background verification workflows, including initiation, tracking, resolution of discrepancies, and vendor coordination
- Enforce compliance with data privacy regulations and local legal requirements throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, process adherence, and recruiter productivity
- Maintain data accuracy and governance across applicant tracking systems and related platforms
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to deliver actionable insights
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and lead initiatives to implement scalable improvements
- Create standard operating procedures, training resources, and documentation to support process adoption
- Support the testing and deployment of new TA technologies and system enhancements
- Communicate operational updates clearly to stakeholders across time zones and regions
- Prepare data and analysis for leadership reviews, audits, and governance meetings
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field, with 5–7 years of direct experience in talent acquisition operations and data reporting.
- Proven experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Jobvite, SuccessFactors, or Taleo
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting frameworks
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, with a technical mindset and interest in automation and AI applications in recruitment
- Experience in driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
