Role Overview

The Systrack SME Engineer is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic use of the SysTrack platform within the Experience Management Office (XMO). The primary goal is to ensure high-quality monitoring of digital work environments and deliver meaningful insights that directly support employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain SysTrack settings to align with evolving business needs and ensure accurate tracking of digital performance metrics.
  • Continuously refine data collection parameters to improve insight quality and visibility into user experience trends.
  • Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues promptly to minimize service interruptions and support end users effectively.
  • Monitor device health and system performance to detect and address potential problems before they impact productivity.
  • Develop documentation, knowledge resources, and automated processes to increase consistency and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with internal teams to interpret performance data and drive improvements in system stability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Required Expertise

  • In-depth experience with the SysTrack ecosystem, including DEX Pack, Proactive Hardware Monitoring, Campaigns, and custom data extensions.
  • Proven ability to configure and fine-tune SysTrack for monitoring user behavior, system responsiveness, and digital environment health.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for designing and managing automation workflows.
  • Experience administering Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and analyzing performance databases.
  • Background in technical solution design and architecture for scalable monitoring systems.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and implement automation initiatives across IT operations.
  • Experience integrating SysTrack data with external tools to create unified performance dashboards.
  • Clear communication skills to translate technical findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
