About the Role

Capgemini is hiring a Systrack SME Engineer to join our Experience Management Office (XMO). In this role, you will be responsible for expertly managing and optimizing SysTrack to monitor and enhance employee digital experiences. You will configure the tool to collect detailed performance data, identify issues affecting users, and provide actionable insights to drive productivity and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and optimize SysTrack to support business requirements and ensure accurate monitoring of the digital work environment.
  • Continuously fine‑tune SysTrack settings to enhance data quality, performance insights, and user experience visibility.
  • Troubleshoot SysTrack‑related issues and provide support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution.
  • Monitor the health and performance of existing devices to proactively identify and address issues affecting employee experience.
  • Document processes, create knowledge articles, and automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate SysTrack insights into actionable improvements for productivity, system stability, and user satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Expert knowledge of the SysTrack suite, including components such as DEX Pack, Proactive Hardware Monitoring, Campaigns, and building collection extensions.
  • Experience in configuring and fine‑tuning SysTrack to monitor user interactions, system performance, digital environment health, and other data as required.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks to design, implement, and manage automated workflows.
  • Windows Server/Desktop Administration: Strong experience administering Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.
  • SQL Skills: Ability to work with SQL for database management and data analysis.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting technical solutions.
  • Automation Opportunities: Ability to lead initiatives to identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities across the organization.
  • Data Integration: Skills in integrating SysTrack data with other systems and tools to provide comprehensive insights.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting team members in understanding SysTrack‑related data.
